Karlene Fine, former Executive Director and Secretary of the NDIC, is the EERC’s 13th Energy Champion. Over a career spanning more than 50 years, Fine’s leadership and unparalleled knowledge of state government have spearheaded and shepherded many programs to help North Dakota and the nation develop clean, sustainable energy.
Dr. Brian Kalk was recently appointed as the Chief Research Officer at the Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC) at the University of North Dakota (UND).
