Sara Hamling is a Paralegal at the EERC, where she assists in preparing and processing agreement modifications and property, patent, and other reports; assists contracts officers with agreement administration, intellectual property processes, and cost-share reporting; and performs regulatory and legal research to assist in resolving contractual matters. She holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science from UND and an A.S. degree in Forensic Science from Williston State College.
Sara is looking forward to applying her experience and knowledge in new areas at the EERC, contribute to a growing team, and work in an organization that already feels like family. She previously worked for Zimney Foster P.C.
Originally, Sara is from Williston, North Dakota, and currently lives in Grand Forks with her husband John, EERC Director for Subsurface Initiatives, their two kids, Corbin and Aria, and their dog, Butters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, doing arts and crafts, and reading.
